Bishop Raynold Glaudin serves as Senior Pastor of Church of God by Faith, Inc. He is a faithful shepherd and servant leader committed to biblical preaching, prayer, spiritual formation, and pastoral care.
His ministry is centered on strengthening believers, building families, developing disciples, and advancing the work of God in the church and surrounding community.
Pastoress Nelta Glaudin is a dedicated minister, leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate who serves alongside her husband, Bishop Raynold Glaudin. She is the mother of six children, all of whom are serving in ministry, and she places a strong emphasis on faith, family, service, and helping people discover their God-given purpose.
She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration and operations, giving her a strong background in organization, management, and servant leadership. She is also the founder and president of AWML Global, the Association of Women in Ministry and Leadership, which equips, mentors, and empowers women for ministry and leadership.
Through preaching, teaching, mentoring, community outreach, and leadership development, Pastoress Nelta seeks to strengthen families, encourage believers, and help others walk confidently in God’s plan for their lives.
Pastor Gabrielle Glaudin-Davis serves as Associate Pastor and is deeply committed to reaching and developing youth and young adults. She is the founder and leader of Youth in Christ Ministries, where her work centers on encouraging the next generation to grow in faith, purpose, and service.
She is also a dynamic worship leader with a passion for helping people encounter God through heartfelt worship. In addition to her ministry responsibilities, Pastor Gabrielle is a devoted wife and mother who values her family deeply and keeps family at the heart of her life and ministry.
